- Trying to stop the stereotype that homeless people did it to themselves

-Mix of genders and ethnicities non of them reflect the stereotype of a homeless person.

- Same style different scenario- highlights the different ways people can have housing problems

- Close up camera shot- allow us to see the  serious expressions and vulnerability. Likely to feel sympathetic to those that seem real

- Text position- The writing over their face ' written on their face'. The emotive nature of the blunt language highlights the difficult predicament.

- Structure-smaller white font emotive declarative followed by a short promise 'We can help' reassuring

- Dual message- ad for those in need to get them to search for support, but also to raise awareness to the public.
